The meat was well cooked with no pink showing, it probably need to be more on the medium rare side of cooking. The bun had a shade of burn on its bottom. The bun was definitely overdone. I was disappointed that there was no mustard or mayonnaise on the burger. The onions, pickles and lettuce were fresh and added to the taste of the burger. My waiter substituted vegetables for my fries. The vegetables were fantastic and had really good seasoning. If I were to go back and eat I don't think I would order this dish.

Rio Grande Ensalada review by Bswinny54
The Rio Grande Ensalada was really refreshing on a hot day. It included chicken and I recommend the fried chicken. All the greens were fresh and it included sliced avocado. Loved it!
