Fried Chicken Sandwich

Hand bettered chicken breast deep fried with melty Monterrey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Served with Republic seasoned cowboy fries. Add bacon or sliced avocados $2.25.

Shrimp Po-Boy

Hand bettered shrimp on a sweet Hawaiian hoagie bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and drizzled with our house made remoulade sauce. Served with Republic seasoned cowboy fries. 

Brisket Sliders

Brisket sliders (3) with onions, pickles, and a side of BBQ sauce. Served with Republic seasoned cowboy fries. 

Tacolada Salad

Grilled chicken, shredded lettuce, cheddar & Monterrey Jack cheese, tomatoes, a dollop of guacamole — all in a fried tortilla. Served with jalapeno cilantro dressing on the side. 

Grilled Cheese & Salad

Longorn cheddar & mozzerella with slice of tomato on a panini with a side salad. 

Chicken Salad Sandwich

Tender seasoned chicken breast mixed with creamy mayo, crunchy celery, pecans, rosemary, served with lettuce and ripe tomato on a sweet Hawaiian bun. Served with Republic seasoned cowboy fries.
